Raheel lauded for swift recovery of CJ’s son, Terrorists given loud and clear message.

President Pakistan Businessmen and Intellectuals Forum (PBIF), President AKIA, Senior Vice Chairman of the Businessmen Panel of FPCCI and former provincial minister Mian Zahid Hussain on Wednesday said COAS Gen Raheel Sharif deserves full credit for safe recovery of the son of Chief Justice Sindh.

The recovery has frustrate the unholy designs of the terrorists to create uncertainty across the country, especially in the economic hub of Pakistan, he said.

Mian Zahid Hussain said that intelligence and security agencies must be lauded for the success which took them less than a month in an area 885 kilometres away from the crime scene, he said.

He said that the recovery was result of an intelligence-based operation carried out by security agencies in which three terrorists were killed but Awais Shah remained unhurt.

The success indicate skills of Gen. Raheel Sharif who wasted no time in improving coordination between civilian and military intelligence agencies with special focus on ISI as soon as he took charge of the office.

The safe recovery of abductee is a clear message to terrorists and that there is no place for them to hide in Pakistan. This is important because his abduction created uncertainty and instilled fears of insecurity among masses, business community and judiciary.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan had taken serious notice of the situation and expressed his dissatisfaction over performance of the law enforcing agencies and their inability to provide protection even to members of the judiciary and their families which was taken very seriously be the concerned quarters and they lived up to the challenge.

Mian Zahid also lauded the role of Rangers who have played central role in normalising situation in Karachi and asked the COAS to take steps to cleanse police so that army can concentrate on its duty.

All the agencies should demonstrate similar spirit in recovery of all those kidnapped for ransom or for any other purpose.
